Sony RX10 V – exclusive Holland Herald offer
Sony RX10 V
The world's most incredible views are worth capturing in every detail, and the ones worth travelling for rarely sit at the same distance.
That is what the RX10 V is built for. One camera with a single 24-600mm lens, so a wide coastline and a bird on the far side of it are both within reach, without changing anything and without a second lens taking up room in your bag.
Reach further. Carry less.
A premium camera bag, on us
Arriving here from Holland Herald is all it takes. Order your Sony RX10 V on this page and the official Sony Soft Carry Case travels with it, a €59 case made to keep the camera safe on the move. We reserve that pairing for Holland Herald readers; anywhere else, the case is a purchase of its own.
Black polyester with a zip that closes over the whole body, and room for the camera with its lens still mounted. Inside, separate pockets hold the lens cap, a spare battery and your memory cards, so nothing rattles around loose. It shrugs off dust, rain spatter and the knocks of a day on the road, and at only 330 grams including the strap you barely notice it is there.
How it works
Your offer applies when the camera and the official Sony Soft Carry Case are both in your basket. The button below puts both there, with code hollandherald26 already applied, so the €59 case comes off your total.
Prefer to build your basket yourself? Add the case alongside the camera and enter this code at checkout:

Meet the Sony RX10 V
The ultimate all-in-one camera for the modern traveler. From breathtaking landscapes to distant wildlife, exceptional reach, speed and clarity come together in one compact camera.
No heavy gear. No missed moments.
The key features
20.1 megapixel 1-inch sensor
The 1-inch stacked Exmor RS sensor takes in plenty of light and detail, for sharp photos with true-to-life color. The camera has an ISO range of 100-12800.
BIONZ XR + AI processor
The same image processor as the Alpha series delivers fast processing and natural color, with a separate AI unit for subject recognition.
Real-time Recognition AF
The camera automatically recognizes and follows people, animals, birds, insects and vehicles, so your subject stays sharp.
Fast Hybrid AF with 575 points
Fast Hybrid AF spreads around 575 focus points across 70.6% of the frame, so the camera also holds subjects near the edge of the frame in focus.
30fps Blackout-free
The image in the viewfinder runs on without interruption while you shoot, so you always keep seeing your subject. With 60 focus and exposure calculations per second and Speed Boost you capture the decisive moment.
ZEISS 24-600mm f/2.4-4 zoom
One lens from wide angle to super telephoto (25x), with Optical SteadyShot for steady images and focusing from around 3 cm for macro shots.
4K video up to 120fps
Smooth 4K recording up to 120fps, slow motion up to 5x and professional tools such as S-Log3 and your own User LUTs.
Long battery life
The NP-FZ100 battery delivers around 630 shots via the screen and 570 via the viewfinder, for a long day of shooting without interruptions.
One camera, four very different days
Travel rarely sticks to one kind of photography. A single trip can ask for a wide coastline in the morning, a detail on a market stall at noon and something moving too fast to follow by evening. The RX10 V covers that whole range without a second lens in your bag.
Landscape
At 24mm and f/2.4 you take in a whole valley, and the stacked sensor holds detail in the sky as well as in the shadow under the ridge. The BIONZ XR processor keeps noise down as the light drops, so a photograph taken well after sunset still holds its color rather than turning grey.
Macro
Focusing starts at 3 cm, so the spices on a market stall or the pattern on a leaf fill the frame without any extra kit in your bag. Optical SteadyShot steadies the shot at that distance, where the smallest movement of your hands is magnified the most.
Wildlife
600mm brings a distant animal close enough to fill the frame, while AI subject recognition keeps focus on the eye rather than on the branch in front of it. The camera recognizes animals, birds and insects on its own, so you can watch the subject instead of your settings.
Action
Burst runs at up to 30fps without the viewfinder blacking out, and Speed Boost calls up that rate for a moment and then drops back. Focus and exposure are recalculated 60 times per second, which is what keeps a sequence sharp from the first frame to the last.
