How and when will I receive my Gift Box?
You’ll receive the digital Gift Box by email within 1–2 working days after receiving your order. The email will be sent to the same address used for your invoice. Did you make a purchase in one of our stores? Then we’ll send the Gift Box to the email address you provided there.
The email will include all vouchers along with your personal codes. These are valid for up to 6 months after receipt and can be used in the country where the purchase was made.

You will receive unique vouchers by email. These codes can be used when ordering photo books, photo prints, or wall decoration products. Simply enter one of the codes during checkout on the Profotonet website. The voucher must be used in a single transaction.
If you would like to rent equipment from Kamera Express Rental for the first time, visit budgetcam.nl. Place your order there and enter your unique code to receive the discount. The code can only be used once and cannot be combined with other promotions.

When registering online as a new customer at budgetcam.nl, we’ll ask for some information so we know who we’re dealing with. This process is usually quite fast (1 to 3 hours), but in some cases — such as large equipment sets — processing your first request may take up to 24 hours due to additional information requirements. The sooner we receive this information, the sooner your account and reservation can be confirmed.
With the Mediafix voucher, you can digitise old media such as videotapes, slides, negatives, and printed photos. This helps preserve your memories safely in digital format. You can use the voucher on the Mediafix website or in one of our affiliated stores.
Official passport photos — for example for a passport — must meet strict requirements, which means you’re not allowed to smile in them. But did you know our photographers can also take fun and spontaneous photos? During this promotion, you’ll receive a second set of passport photos for free, and you’re allowed to smile in these! These extra photos are perfect for non-official documents such as a public transport card, student card, company ID badge, or a new LinkedIn profile picture. Bring the barcode or voucher you received by email to one of our stores and receive your free second set of passport photos.

Each voucher has a unique code, which you’ll find in the Gift Box email. Be sure to keep this email safe. When you want to redeem a voucher, click the button next to the voucher in the email. You’ll then be redirected to a website where you can place your order. There you’ll also find all information related to the specific service.
