Kamera Express rated with an excellent 9 at the Shopping Awards!

The Thuiswinkel Shopping Awards are the awards for the best online shops in the Netherlands. Kamera Express won a Silver Shopping Award last month and the report scores for the award winners are now also known. Results show that customers rate Kamera Express an average of 9.15.
Nearly 2,000 people cast their vote for Kamera Express. On average, these customers rate Kamera Express 9.15! Ben Cornelisse, CEO of Kamera Express, calls this a fantastic compliment. “This rating is the icing on our cake.”
In addition to a score, customer satisfaction at the Shopping Awards was also measured using a Net Promoter Score (NPS). Kamera Express scores 96.94 out of 100 on this. Cornelisse: “This is exceptionally high. We at Kamera Express are enormously grateful that our customers are so satisfied with our service. This is what we do it for.”

Another part of the report is the assessment by industry experts. A group of about 500 experts assesses all participants in the Shopping Awards. Of course, Kamera Express was also scrutinised. Cornelisse: “We see this well-founded assessment as a great opportunity to make our website even better. Last year we started renewing our website. Thanks to the insights of the industry experts, we can soon offer our customers an even better customer experience.”
