The Caruba 2 Hot Shoe Mount L-Bracket provides a convenient way to flash both horizontally and vertically. This L-bracket has 2 flash shoes, one for shooting with the camera in the standard horizontal position and one for shooting in the vertical position.

Flash brackets are designed to increase the distance between the flash head and the lens to minimise the occurrence of red-eye and reduce flash shadows behind the subject. By using the Caruba 2 Hot Shoe Mount L Bracket, the flash is positioned slightly off-centre which adds more dimension to faces in portrait photography.
