This Caruba Extension Tube Olympus/Panasonic MFT Chrome (type II) set consists of two intermediate rings that can be used separately, but can also be combined. The intermediate rings have no optical elements. As a result, it is possible to visualize subjects larger and closer, without negatively influencing the quality of the image. The intermediate rings have a chrome mount and are compatible with Micro Four Thirds lenses. Options such as automatic focus and TTL light metering continue to work. However, it is advisable to focus manually, because the sharpness is very delicate.

Each lens has a minimum focusing distance. If you place an extension tube, or intermediate ring, between the lens and the camera body, the minimum focusing distance becomes smaller. The greater the focal length of the intermediate ring, the closer you can get. Intermediate rings are perfect for macro photography or for making special close-ups.
