The Hoya 62mm direct action adapter ring, is an adapter ring that together with the Hoya direct action adapter ring (sold separately) forms a filter attachment system.

Combine the direct-action adapter ring with the direct-action adapter ring, and you enjoy a quick-change system for any common screw filter using magnetic force. You can attach the filter very quickly, easily and directly to your lens with one movement. Due to the strong magnet you will no longer be bothered by falling filters.

Usage is very simple, you just have to put the parts in the right order. Screw the Hoya direct action adapter ring onto the lens first, then screw your Hoya direct action adapter ring (sold separately) onto your filter. Finally, you attach the filter to the lens, because of the magnets they attract each other.

You can leave the adapter ring on the lens. You don't have to remove it every time the filter is changed.
