The Laowa Aksen 17.5mm f/1.7 5-10X Ultra Macro APO Cine Lens is built for cinematographers who want to capture macro footage in commercial, creative and scientific productions. The lens offers a magnification range of 5X to 10X at a fixed working distance of about 22.5mm, so you switch magnification without moving your camera or subject.

The parfocal design holds focus while the lens's physical length stays constant during zooming. The internal zoom construction and the apochromatic correction, which virtually eliminates chromatic aberration, deliver a stable, color-accurate image at every magnification. Both the iris and the zoom ring feature gears with a 0.8 MOD pitch, so you connect directly to your follow focus system.

The lens ships with an interchangeable ARRI PL mount, a tripod collar and two 15mm rods, giving it solid support in your rig.
