The Leofoto MP-285C Monopod with VH-10S Monopod Head combines a lightweight carbon monopod with a compact 2-way tilt head. You extend the monopod to 153cm and fold it down to just 43.3cm, while the VH-10S head with Arca-type quick release positions and locks your camera in place quickly. Together they carry up to 10kg, enough for most camera and lens combinations.

Leofoto MP-285C Monopod met VH-10S Monopod Head

The Leofoto MP-285C Monopod is a lightweight 5-section monopod, made from 10-layer braided carbon fiber. You extend it to a working height of 153cm and fold it down to a compact 43.3cm, ideal to take with you on location. The monopod carries up to 15kg, plenty for a camera with a heavy telephoto lens, and you lock each section with a twist lock.

The mounting stud on top of the monopod is reversible between 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 thread, so you use it universally with camera plates and tripod heads. The foam-wrapped handle and rotatable wrist strap give you extra grip and security during use. The rubber foot is interchangeable, so on slippery or uneven ground you switch to a separately available claw, spike or other tip.

On the monopod, you mount the VH-10S Monopod Head, a compact 2-way tilt head with Arca-type quick release plate. The head tilts over a range of 180° and has a bubble level and numbered scale, so you position your camera precisely and repeatably. Large ridged knobs let you lock the head firmly in place, and the head itself carries up to 10kg.
