NiSi True Color Pro Nano CPL 82mm (Bass Frame)
Many circular polarisation filters introduce a warm or yellow cast that affects skin tones and skies. The True Color Pro Nano CPL uses NiSi's True Color polarising material for neutral and accurate colour rendering, making it ideal for landscape, travel, portrait, and product photographers who rely on true-to-life colours straight from the camera. Rotate the filter to reduce reflections from water, foliage, glass, painted surfaces, and wet stone. Skies deepen, clouds gain contrast and detail, and subjects beneath the surface become visible again in lakes, rivers, and shop windows — without sacrificing sharpness or introducing colour shifts.
The ultra-thin brass frame is precision-milled and finished in a clean, matt black. Brass threads more smoothly than aluminium and is far less prone to seizing on a lens's filter thread, even after years of use in the field, making installation and removal effortless. The knurled edges provide grip when the filter is cold, wet, or when you're wearing gloves. Mounting and removing the CPL is quick and predictable, even in awkward shooting positions.
A small, knurled adjustment knob screws into the rotating ring for fast, precise control over the polarisation angle. When you prefer a streamlined profile or want to stack additional filters, the knob unscrews in seconds and can be stowed away. Both sides of the optical glass are treated with NiSi's Pro Nano multi-layer anti-reflection coating. The coating suppresses reflections and ghosting, repels water and oil, and resists fingerprints and dust, keeping the filter cleaner for longer and making it easy to wipe down.
