Rollei HS Freeze 1X universal flash
The Rollei HS Freeze 1X universal flash is the speedlight for photographers who want more: a true output of 100 Ws, lightning-fast response times and intuitive controls — compact enough for on the go, powerful enough for the studio. Ideal for portraits, action shots, events or creative exposure setups. Available in two versions: a universal model for Canon, Nikon, Fuji, Panasonic, Sony (with adapter) and Olympus, and the HS Freeze 1Xs, specially designed for Sony cameras with a multi-interface shoe.
With a true flash output of 100 Ws, a guide number range of up to 60 and a manually and automatically adjustable zoom range of 28–105 mm, the HS Freeze 1X is a genuine powerhouse in a compact format.
In Freeze mode, you achieve an extremely short flash duration of up to 1/55,600 sec. (t = 0.5) — ideal for capturing the fastest movements with crystal-clear sharpness. In burst shooting mode, up to 60 frames per second are possible — perfect for action, sport and creative photo sequences.
The 2.8-inch touchscreen with clear menu navigation makes operation straightforward — even in the hectic day-to-day shooting environment. The user interface is available in German or English.
The round flash tube produces soft, even light with a natural look — ideal for authentic skin tones and expressive shadow transitions. The beam angle is up to 120°.
The replaceable 3200 mAh lithium-polymer battery provides enough power for up to 480 shots at full power — reliable and ideal for use on the go.
Both models feature an integrated 2.4 GHz wireless system:

For even more flexibility: optical slave triggering (S1/S2) is also included.
The integrated 3-level LED modelling light offers a colour temperature of 5000K and a brightness of up to 2100 lux (at a distance of 1 m) — for precise exposure, even before the shot.
