The backplate slides securely into the side groove of the cage for attachment. Replace the cage's original T-mount backplate with a 17mm threaded lens backplate to attach 17mm threaded lenses. The precise positioning of the openings ensures unobstructed access to the iPhone's built-in ultra-wide-angle lens.

Compatible with SmallRig iPhone 16 Series dedicated cages (SmallRig ID 5006, 5008). Compatible with cages for iPhone (SmallRig ID 4827, 4828, 5001, 5002, 5005, 5007) when used without a phone case.
