The SmallRig 5502 "Black Mamba" Cage for Panasonic S1R II / S1 II / S1 IIE has been carefully designed to offer comprehensive protection and a wealth of expansion options for your camera. The cage features a secure locking mechanism with a 1/4"-20 screw at the bottom and two mounting blocks on the side, along with integrated silicone pads to prevent scratches on the camera. Retaining the iconic "Black Mamba" style, the cage provides full access to all camera buttons and interfaces for seamless operation.

The cage is equipped with multiple 1/4"-20 screw holes and ARRI 3/8"-16 mounting holes for attaching optional accessories such as side handles (SmallRig ID 2093B), "Black Mamba" top handles (SmallRig ID 3786), and monitor mounts (SmallRig ID 2903B). The NATO rail on the left side enables the attachment of rotating side handles (SmallRig ID 3260), while the cold shoe mount on top accommodates microphones and lights. A QD connector at the bottom allows quick attachment of a shoulder strap, and the built-in Arca-Swiss baseplate facilitates direct mounting on Arca tripods and DJI RS stabilisers (RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 Pro / RS 3 / RS 4 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Mini). Additional screw holes ensure compatibility with quick release plates for DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 and Arca-Swiss quick release plates (SmallRig ID 3154).

Both on the sides and at the bottom, there are strap slots for attaching separately available wrist straps (SmallRig ID 3848), shoulder straps (SmallRig ID PSC2428), and other accessories. In addition, the cage features a double-headed magnetic tool at the bottom for easy assembly and disassembly.
