The Swarovski EL Range 8x42 TA Orange (Tracking Assistant) binoculars are an updated and improved version of its popular predecessor, the EL Range WB. Optical improvements include Swarovision, 90% light transmission, better resolution and a wider field of view. The EL Range 8x42 TA also comes with a Tracking Assistant, which allows you to see your last three measurement points, including direction, angle and distance, via ja smartphone with the Swaro app. The maximum measurement distance has been improved to 10-2000 metres and angle, air pressure and temperature have also been added, as has direction using the electronic compass. Moreover, you can also save three different profiles in the app. If you use the binoculars without your smartphone, you can check back at any time during a hike, for example, in which direction and what distance you need to walk to get back to the spot of your last measurement point.
