Thanks to three freely assignable positions (FS1–FS3), you can easily save your favourite colour recipes, functioning as a digital equivalent of choosing the perfect roll of film.
The tiltable 1.62 million-dot LCD monitor makes shooting from creative angles easy, while the pop-up flash and AUTO mode are instantly ready for fast, spontaneous moments. The Fujifilm XC 13-33mm f/3.5-6.3 OIS is a compact and lightweight standard zoom lens. This lens has a length of just 37.5mm and a weight of 125 grams. It is therefore the smallest and lightest lens in Fujifilm’s collection. This makes it an ideal lens for photographers who prefer to travel as light as possible without taking bulky packaging.
The lens has a focal length of 13-33mm, making it suitable for a wide range of situations. This lens is suitable when walking through the city, but also when photographing landscapes, portraits and interiors. The minimum focusing distance of 20cm across the entire zoom range and the maximum magnification of 0.25x make it easy to capture close-ups of dishes, flowers or pets. This makes the lens perfect for photographers who need to shoot the perfect photo close to the subject.
This lens is also equipped with built-in image stabilisation of four stops. This supports handheld shooting in low light or at long shutter speeds. In addition, the autofocus system has a response time of 0.025 seconds, ensuring accurate focusing. This also makes the lens reliable for moving subjects.
The optical construction of this lens consists of 9 groups with 10 elements. These include 4 aspherical elements and three ED glass elements. This ensures that distortion, field curvature and chromatic aberration are minimised, despite the compact and lightweight design of the lens. The 9-blade aperture with rounded blades provides a rounder bokeh than with XC lenses. When shooting night scenes and landscapes through to portraits, this gives photos a softer background blur. This makes it ideal for photographers who want the subject to receive all the attention, rather than what is happening in the background.
