Canon EOS M5 body
The Canon EOS M5 body is a world-class mirrorless camera that combines the powerful performance of a DSLR camera with the compact design of a mirrorless camera. This camera features many of Canon's new technologies. It is the first mirrorless camera with Canon's DIGIC 7 processor and it has a 24.2 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor. The EOS M5 has a sensitivity range of ISO 100 to 25,600 and is equipped with Dual Pixel CMOS AF. This technology provides very fast and accurate autofocus when shooting video. The EOS M5 films in Full HD at 60fps (frames per second) and uses five-axis digital image stabilisation. This means you can take razor-sharp photos and capture highly dynamic video with the EOS M5.
Thanks to DIGIC 7, the EOS M5 captures colour contrast and light perfectly. The DIGIC 7 can be described as the "next generation" image processor that demonstrably gives your EOS M5 more processing power, with more detail and improved colour contrast. You can shoot up to 26 photos in a row in JPEG format at a speed of 9fps. This processor enables high AF speeds (7fps), reduces noise and helps you capture the most fleeting moments. The improved subject detection means the camera also locks onto subjects when saturation and contrast are low, so you can get the best photos or videos in every possible situation.
With the EOS M5 you have a wide range of options for creative photography. For example, you can use the built-in filters and picture styles, such as soft focus and fisheye, and you can choose styles such as portrait or landscape. The EOS M5 is equipped with Wi-Fi, NFC and Bluetooth, so you can easily connect your camera to your smartphone. This lets you share your photos on social media quickly and easily, and you can also control your camera remotely.
