The bag is built from three layers: a water-resistant outer shell of ballistic nylon, a lead-impregnated vinyl sheet in the middle, and a smooth interior of 420 Denier nylon packcloth. This combination blocks X-ray radiation while also protecting the contents against moisture and light impacts.

The large hook-and-loop closure seals the bag completely against dust and the elements, so your film stays well protected even on the go. The Filmguard has been tested by InVision Technologies, the manufacturer of the only FAA-approved baggage scanning system, underlining the reliability of the protection.
