With a field of view ranging from 100° to 73°, the DZOFilm X-tract 18-28mm 360 degrees T8 FF Peri Probe Macro Zoom lens PL mount (meter) offers innovative close-up possibilities for your productions. This compact probe lens is just 41.4 cm long with an external front diameter of less than 3 cm, making it ideal for setups in tight spaces. It features a relatively fast maximum aperture of T8, a maximum magnification of 2.1:1, and a minimum focus distance of 0.6 cm. This 360° version delivers a periscope image; versions with a straight 0° image and a right-angle 90° image are available separately.

This 18-28mm zoom lens covers an ultra-wide to mid-range focal length, encompassing the most commonly used focal lengths. The wide field of view from 100° to 73° supports flexible shooting.

This 360° probe features a periscope design that enables creative positioning. A rotating ring provides even greater flexibility.

Capture creative shots with a maximum magnification ratio of 2.1:1. The extremely short minimum focus distance of approximately 0.6 cm allows for very close subject coverage. The large depth of field combined with the wide-angle focal length enables close-ups in confined spaces while maintaining a safe distance from the subject.

The relatively fast maximum aperture of T8 is maintained throughout the entire zoom range. Anti-reflective multi-layer coatings ensure sharp, clear images, even at fully open apertures.

The focus, iris (aperture), and zoom functions all feature cine-style 0.8 module gears for compatibility with follow-focus systems and lens motors. A lightweight yet rear-heavy design helps reduce vibrations during shooting. The focus ring offers a wide rotation of 300° for precise focusing. This probe lens is waterproof, dustproof, and resistant to scratches and condensation.
