The Sigma LH676-01 885 Lens Hood is a lens hood that shields your lens from unwanted incident light and reduces effects such as color cast or lens flare.

When sunlight or other light beams enter through a certain angle in the lens, lens flare may arise. This results in unwanted blemishes in your photos. By using a lens hood you prevent this effect. Furthermore, a lens hood functions as an additional protection for your lens. A lens hood is an essential accessory for every photographer.
